Welcome to ARBA'UNA Academy. All live sessions are scheduled strictly in Singapore Time (SGT / GMT+8). To ensure a seamless and high-quality 45-minute live Tahsin Talaqqi session, please adhere to the following Zoom technical guidelines.

1. Technical Pre-Session Checklist

Recommended Hardware: Laptops, iPads, or tablets are strongly recommended over mobile phones for proper screen-sharing visibility.

Audio & Microphone Check: Clear audio is essential for accurate Makhraj (phonetic articulation) testing. Headsets or dedicated earphones are highly encouraged.

Stable Internet Connection: Ensure your device is on a stable home Wi-Fi to prevent latency during one-on-one recitation checks.

Physical Workbook & Desk Setup: Please have the physical Imam As-Syafi'i Methodology Workbook ready at the desk 5 minutes prior to class. (Note: If your book package from Batam is still in transit, a temporary digital worksheet will be shared via WhatsApp).

Lead Educator (Ustadz Dian Utama) will admit students promptly. Ensure video cameras are enabled upon entering.

3. Live Classroom Etiquette

Video Camera Always ON: Cameras must remain turned on to allow the educator to observe mouth formation and articulation points (*Makharijul Huruf*).

Mute / Unmute Protocol: Students remain muted upon entry and unmute only when prompted for their individual recitation turn.

Quiet Environment: Please arrange a quiet study spot free from background television or conversation noise.

Parental Supervision (Ages 7-9): Parents are welcome to assist with technical controls while allowing the child to interact independently with the educator.

4. Post-Session Evaluation & Home LMS Portal

Progress & Makhraj Reports: After weekend Talaqqi sessions, Ustadz Dian updates recitation notes and unlocks relevant practice modules on the student dashboard.

Home Muroja'ah (Mid-Week): Students should conduct 10–15 minutes of independent practice using unlocked video modules accessible anytime via www.arbauna.com/class.
